Armani Property Group was founded in 1989 with the goal and intention of developing into a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). However, as the company grew in size, a new vision was formed that sought to keep the company personal to its customers. Since 1989, the company has acquired a vast portfolio of mostly residential and some commercial real estate primarily on the West Coast of the United States. The Group rents out and manages most of its property and occasionally performs real estate redevelopment projects as well. In addition, the company provides third-party property management for real estate investors on both a temporary and permanent basis. |

Shashi Patel - CEO
Shashi has over 25 years of experience in real estate development, property management and real estate investing. His work experience ranges through several executive management roles, numerous real estate projects and in the capacity of government positions. Shashi received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (B.S.E.E) from the Imperial College in London and his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School. |

Neil Patel - Vice President
Neil brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate appreciation forecasting of small homes and condominiums. Neil started real estate investing at a very young age and has previous experiences as a homeowners association president. Neil graduated with a Bachelors (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management from The Johns Hopkins University. |
